TRM Chooses Pi Systems for TDES Upgrades Because “They Get It”

| “When I think about working with Pi Systems, the things that come to mind are the ability to work and be innovative on new products. When we came to Pi Systems they didn’t really have a product offering but we were able to come around the table and talk about our needs and very quickly turn that into a prototype and very quickly turn that prototype into a product. It is now productized. We are very committed to the product. We have hundreds of them installed. We have purchased thousands of them. When I think about the Triple DES upgrade kit that they developed for us the word that comes to mind is revolutionary VS evolutionary.
All the other Triple DES upgrades on the market really just focus on meeting a regulatory requirement for Triple DES. They don’t focus on adding any value for the merchant and in this business a lot of our customers, the majority of our customers really operate on a slim margin and don’t have a lot of extra cash to invest in capitol items so finding a Triple DES upgrade kit for them has almost no value. What we have been able to do with Pi Systems is offer this kit and explain how this gives them new life in their ATM. It takes the old operating system and replaces it with a CE based operating system and allows them to use TCP/IP, which could never be used on the unit before. It gives them new features and benefits, makes it much simpler to use and really gives them a new ATM without spending the price for the ATM. That’s why we have chosen that kit.
There are other people out there on the market who make TDES upgrade kits including the original equipment manufacturer but, none of them seem to get it. Pi Systems helped us work with a product that really has value as well as compliance.”

| We were one of the first institutions to purchase the 3 DES Fix kits and they have worked well while satisfying our network requirements.
We did have an ATM damaged by an electrical storm. Pi Systems was extremely supportive and able to resolve the issues within 24 hours. We will do business in the future with Pi Systems!

Farmers and Merchant Bank sold on the 3 DES Fix

| We implemented the Pi Systems Intl. 3 DES Fix solution on our Diebold 1073i drive-up. Our network processor is Jack Henry Passport. Pi Systems and Jack Henry worked together to assure a smooth installation and transition to Triple DES.
We experienced no problems throughout the process, nor have we had any complications since the installation. We will be using this solution for all our ATMs. We are pleased with the 3 DES Fix and would recommend this solution to any ATM Owner

Golden Valley has Triple DES “in moments”

| Pi Systems and Fiserv worked together to assure a smooth installation and transition to Triple DES. The installation was performed in a timely manner and our staff loaded the Triple DES Keys. Within moments the ATM was “online” and fully operational. We are pleased with the 3 DES Fix and would recommend this solution to any ATM owner. |

| We installed the 3 DES Fix on our Diebold 1074 ATMs in August of 2003.
Pi Systems has remained on top of their Triple DES Solution and has updated their equipment when to make sure our installation remains up and running.
Now over a year latter we are still up and running smoothly. We would not hesitate to use the Pi Systems 3 DES Fix solutions for any of our ATMs.
